Tatuaje has begun shipping 25-count boxes of Skinny Krueger and Skinny Michael cigars. The company is also rolling out a new coffin-shaped silicone ashtray to stores.
Why it matters
These releases expand the footprint of Tatuaje's popular Monster Series, which has been a staple for collectors since the original sampler debuted in 2016.
The new cigars feature a 6 x 38 petite lancero profile, while the 10-inch by 8-inch black silicone ashtray is limited to 1,300 total units at an MSRP of $70.
The players
Tatuaje
This premium cigar manufacturer is known for its thematic collections and limited-run releases that often target long-term hobbyists.
The details
The Skinny Krueger and Skinny Michael parejos are created by rolling the original Monster Series blends into smaller formats. The coffin-shaped ashtray includes four integrated cigar holders and is constructed from heavy-duty silicone.
Timeline
April 2016: Tatuaje released the original Skinny Monsters sampler.
2016: Tatuaje released The Krueger as the ninth cigar in the series.
2017: The company introduced Skinny Monsters Cazadores and Lancero.
April 2026: The Coffin Ashtray was first shown at the PCA Convention.
October 2026: Tatuaje began shipping the cigars and ashtray.
Industry Dynamics
These releases continue the legacy of the Tatuaje Monster Series, which has become a benchmark for thematic cigar collections since its inception. By offering varied sizes and branded accessories, the company maintains its niche market presence amidst evolving consumer demand.
Collectors can now begin seeking these 25-count boxes at retailers, though the limited supply of 1,300 ashtrays suggests early action is necessary for purchase. Prices for the ashtray are set at an MSRP of $70 per unit.
The takeaway
Collectors looking to complete their sets should note that The Bride remains the sole entry in the Monster Series without a corresponding Skinny version. Enthusiasts can use the new coffin-shaped ashtray to accommodate up to four cigars during social sessions.
