ElysiumLED Launches CORE Outdoor Fine-Pitch Display
The new outdoor dvLED series brings sub-2mm pixel pitches and IP66 weatherproofing to exterior LED installations.
Updated on Nov. 6, 2026 in Landscaping

ElysiumLED introduced its CORE Outdoor fine-pitch dvLED series, which brings pixel pitches of 0.93mm, 1.25mm and 1.56mm to outdoor environments. The displays use encapsulated MicroLED-in-Package technology and reach up to 3,500 cd/m² of brightness.
Why it matters
Outdoor LED displays have traditionally relied on coarser pixel spacing, so bringing sub-2mm pitches outdoors narrows the gap between indoor and exterior display quality. The fully sealed design and front-serviceable modules address reliability in environments exposed to the elements.
The CORE Outdoor series offers a 178-degree viewing angle, a 3,840Hz refresh rate and 16-bit color processing, with cabinets drawing as little as 44W each. Independent verification of these manufacturer figures has not been reported.
The players
ElysiumLED
ElysiumLED is a display manufacturer that produces dvLED products and introduced the CORE Outdoor fine-pitch series.
The details
The displays use MicroLED-in-Package technology, which encapsulates and protects the LED diodes, and the cabinets are built from all-aluminum construction. The series is available in Full HD, UHD or custom bundle configurations across three models: CT09P, CT12P and CT15P.

Landscape Context
The move of MicroLED-in-Package encapsulation into outdoor fine-pitch displays extends a technology that protects LED diodes to exterior installations previously limited to coarser pixel spacing. Outdoor-rated fine-pitch products of this kind are increasingly relevant to architectural and event display use.
For those planning outdoor installations, the series offers IP66 protection against dust and water and is 100% front-serviceable, which can simplify maintenance. Power draw of as little as 44W per cabinet may also affect electrical planning for exterior projects.
The takeaway
Outdoor displays are narrowing the quality gap with indoor screens, so buyers planning exterior installations should weigh pixel pitch, weather sealing and serviceability together. Manufacturer specifications are a starting point and should be checked against independent testing before purchase.
