Season Trajectory
This loss forces a recalibration of the Browns playoff math as they struggle to find stability in the division. The team must now look to correct their offensive efficiency before their next high-stakes matchup.
Fantasy managers relying on Deshaun Watson saw limited production, as he finished with only 155 passing yards on a low completion percentage. The team's inability to execute the final drive further complicates their projected win totals for the remainder of the season.
The takeaway
Rainy weather conditions often result in lower scoring games that reward defensive efficiency over aerial attacks. Fans should keep an eye on weather reports for future matchups, as adverse conditions frequently force teams to rely more heavily on their run games.
