Why it matters
By integrating educational exhibits and concert series, the casino operator aims to establish the $275 million waterfront development as a primary community hub for arts and learning.
The development covers 160,000 square feet with an entertainment venue capacity of 1,500 people. The Astronaut exhibit, created by Scitech and produced by Imagine Exhibitions, will run from November 2026 through February 2027.
