The WWE NXT appearance followed an invitation from Izzi Dame, who had earlier defeated ZARIA at Halloween Havoc.
Updated on Nov. 5, 2026 in Wrestling
Sol Ruca appeared in a backstage segment on the November 4 episode of WWE NXT alongside Wren Sinclair, Kendal Grey, Kali Armstrong, and Lizzy Rain. Ruca said she received an invite from ZARIA, while Izzi Dame said she was the one who sent it.
Why it matters
The segment adds to the ongoing storyline involving Izzi Dame and ZARIA, after Dame defeated ZARIA at Halloween Havoc and then declined a challenge for the Women's North American Title. Ruca's involvement brings a wrestler with a record of major championships into the NXT women's division.
The only recorded result in the source is a single non-title singles victory by Izzi Dame over ZARIA at Halloween Havoc. The source does not provide viewership figures or other measurable metrics for the segment.

Timeline
Halloween Havoc: Izzi Dame defeated ZARIA in a non-title singles match.
November 4: Sol Ruca appeared on the WWE NXT backstage segment.
Season Trajectory
The segment places a champion from the main roster into the NXT women's storyline, which follows the pattern of WWE using cross-brand appearances to build momentum toward title matches. The title challenge Dame declined keeps the Women's North American Title at the center of the division's current direction.
Fantasy and fan viewers can track whether Ruca joins the NXT women's division on future episodes. The source gives no date for any follow-up match or title challenge.
The takeaway
Storylines in NXT often build through backstage moments before they reach the ring, so the next episodes are where the connection between Ruca, Dame, and ZARIA will become clearer.
