The Apple TV drama Nocturne releases its third episode on November 6, 2026, following Saga Bauer's undercover entry into Riverside Psychiatric Hospital to investigate serial killer Jurek Walter. Jonah Lynn, meanwhile, pursues cryptic clues linked to a suspected accomplice.

Why it matters

Jonah has long suspected Jurek had help, since the killer was already in custody when Michael and Felicia Frost disappeared three years earlier. For viewers, the episode may move the investigation closer to identifying the person aiding the killer.

Nocturne is a 10-episode first season with episode 3 scheduled for November 6, 2026 on Apple TV. The accomplice's identity and the status of Rebecca, Sam Mendel's missing wife, have not yet been revealed.

Legal Context

The premise follows a familiar television pattern in which an incarcerated offender is suspected of directing crimes from custody through an outside accomplice. Nocturne applies that structure to a psychiatric hospital, where restricted housing and undercover access add procedural complications.
