Real Gone Music will release four limited edition vinyl titles for Record Store Day Black Friday on November 27, 2026. The collection features albums from Barenaked Ladies, Bazzi, and Tom Verlaine.

Why it matters

These releases provide fans with access to remastered albums on unique colored vinyl. The drop represents a curated selection of music designed specifically for the annual holiday shopping event.

The collection includes 3,000 copies of Born on a Pirate Ship, 3,500 of Rock Spectacle, 2,000 of Bazzi's Cosmic, and 3,000 of Tom Verlaine's Live in NYC 1996-2006. All four albums have been fully remastered for the vinyl format.

Industry Dynamics

These releases follow the established pattern of specialized physical media drops synchronized with the annual Record Store Day Black Friday event. Such initiatives highlight the persistent demand for limited-edition analog media in an industry increasingly defined by digital streaming.

Shoppers can expect these limited-edition pressings to be available through participating independent record stores on the day of the event. Because production is capped at specific quantities, interested buyers may need to visit retailers early to secure a copy.

The takeaway

Collectors of analog music should verify store participation before the November 27 release date. Independent record stores are the primary point of purchase for these exclusive, remastered titles.
