The virtual vocaloid character becomes the next collab star in Fortnite Festival, with her own Music Pass arriving alongside cosmetics.
Updated on Nov. 5, 2026 in Latin
Epic Games has announced Kasane Teto as the headliner of Fortnite Festival Season 16, which begins November 12, 2026. She succeeds Lil Tecca, who headlined Season 15, and will also appear as an NPC in Battle Royale mode.
Why it matters
The collaboration extends Fortnite's pattern of pairing its music experiences with recognizable musical acts and characters, reaching players who follow the Festival mode. Kasane Teto's inclusion across both Festival and Battle Royale signals how the game is building crossover content around a single figure.
Epic Games' announcement lists a collab debut date of November 12, 2026, and a Treasure Hunters Sprite with a 15-second Friend Zone Bubble arriving later in the Mini Season. The release does not yet disclose Music Pass sales figures or player engagement projections for the collaboration.
