Adobe made its CX Enterprise Coworker available inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Databricks Genie, and launched MCP connectors linking the agent to Amazon Ads, Demandbase, Meta campaigns and Snowflake. The agent plans and runs customer experience work across Adobe's marketing software under human oversight.

Why it matters

Marketers can act across several advertising and data systems with a single request rather than switching between tools. The move extends Adobe's marketing software into the AI assistants many professionals already use.

Adobe says more than 20,000 brands use its software, the base the new agent is meant to serve. The company did not report how many of those brands have adopted CX Enterprise Coworker so far.

The players

Adobe

Adobe is a San Jose-based software company known for creative and marketing tools such as Photoshop and Adobe Experience Cloud.

Accenture

Accenture is a global consulting and technology services firm that is building an industry-specific version of the agent.

The details

CX Enterprise Coworker tracks campaign results and trends, forecasts audiences and improves customer journeys. It is built on the Model Context Protocol and Agent2Agent open standards, and Accenture, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM and PwC are building industry-specific versions.

Timeline

  1. June: Adobe made CX Enterprise Coworker generally available.

  2. August: Adobe put its creative tools inside ChatGPT.

  3. November 4: Adobe announced CX Enterprise Coworker availability in AI tools.

Tech Race

The agent is built on the Model Context Protocol and Agent2Agent open standards, which let different AI systems and software tools exchange actions and data. Adobe's move places its marketing software inside rival AI assistants rather than requiring marketers to work only in Adobe's own interface.

Marketers using Adobe software can run campaign tasks across ad platforms and data systems from a single AI assistant request. Teams that already use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini may be able to manage customer experience work without leaving those tools.

The takeaway

Marketing work is moving into the AI assistants teams already use, so the practical question becomes which connectors and oversight processes a team trusts. Reviewing how an agent's actions are logged and approved is a sensible first step before relying on it for live campaigns.

What happens next

Adobe expects Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake to follow soon with their own integrations.
