Tryx has unveiled the Vestra Vision, a 65% layout magnetic keyboard built with a 3-layer CNC-machined aluminium alloy chassis. The device distinguishes itself with a built-in 5.48-inch OLED screen and transparent components.
Why it matters
The keyboard employs a dual-MCU architecture that separates input processing from display tasks to maintain performance. This configuration allows for high-end customization options for enthusiasts seeking advanced hardware integration.
The keyboard offers adjustable actuation points between 0.1mm and 4.0mm with 0.01mm Rapid Trigger precision. Its dual-MCU system handles input and screen functions independently, supporting an 8000Hz polling rate.
The players
Tryx
Tryx is a hardware manufacturer specializing in computer peripherals and custom components.
The details
The keyboard features a 5.48-inch OLED screen mounted on the right side of the frame, controlled by a dedicated chip. Users can also utilize touch control capabilities located on the upper-right section of the aluminium alloy chassis.
Timeline
Tryx announced the Vestra Vision keyboard on October 8, 2026.
The Tech Race
The inclusion of a large integrated OLED screen marks a shift toward multifunctional peripherals that replace external diagnostic or status monitors. This positions the Vestra Vision at the premium end of the keyboard market, challenging competitors to integrate more complex display hardware.
Consumers can secure a lower price of $229 by providing a $5 reservation fee, reducing the cost from the standard $349 MSRP. The adjustable actuation allows users to customize sensitivity for either gaming speed or daily typing comfort.
The takeaway
The Vestra Vision targets users looking for highly customizable input hardware with integrated visual monitoring tools. Enthusiasts should note that early reservation programs often provide significant savings before a product reaches full retail availability.
